Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "65bd", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at 65bd.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 65bd platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 65bd platform following successful registration and 65bd Login setup.

65bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 65bd Services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 65bd Login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online platform or service.
• You should enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of security to your account.

All financial transactions on the 65bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the cashier stage and may vary by payment method.

• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods and up to 3 business days for bank transfer options, subject to verification status.
• 65bd does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 65bd accepts no responsibility.
• Any balance that has been credited as a result of a system error, technical fault, or fraudulent activity may be reversed at the discretion of 65bd regardless of whether wagers have been placed using those funds.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 65bd platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any wager — including stake amount, selection, market type, and odds — before confirming. 65bd will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances outlined in specific game or market rules.
• 65bd reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed on a market affected by a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure. In such circumstances, the original stake will be refunded to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all markets and game categories. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted at 65bd's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate under specific rules regarding bet acceptance windows, suspension periods, and settlement timelines. These are detailed in the relevant sport or game rules documentation accessible from within the platform.
• The settlement of cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or applicable board). 65bd accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between broadcast information and the official result used for settlement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 65bd does not influence the outcome of any game.

Bonuses and Promotions

Prohibited Conduct
